I had an amazing experience at the upscale yet warm Westin hotel. The interior decor was beautiful and the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation. One particular staff member, Rabea Sultana, was a gracious and knowledgeable hostess who treated us like royalty. The rooftop was peaceful and breezy, a perfect place to catch up with friends. I highly recommend this hotel. the Westin Dhaka provided excellent service, amazing food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the database, my experience was exceptional and I will definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Westin and was amazed by the fabulous gym, pool, and sauna. The gym equipment was top-notch, and the relaxing pool had a stunning view. The ballroom for our reunion party was beautifully decorated and spacious. The friendly and helpful front office staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and stunningly decorated. The breakfast had so many options to choose from and everything I tried was delicious. The hotel also had top-notch security measures that made me feel safe and secure during my stay. I was particularly grateful for the excellent service I received from the hotel management when I had to make a change to my reservation at the last minute without being charged any penalty. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to the city.

Stayed here on a city trip and had a good experience. The location is great, right in the heart of the city, and very convenient for exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast selection, which had a good mix of Western and local dishes.

While our overall experience was positive, there were some areas for improvement. The elevator situation was frustrating at times, as it seemed to prioritize other events over the hotel guests.
